Democrats deserve a lot of blame for how we got here, but watering down the word "fascist"?— who is this guy?!

Yes! Help to fund and grow small journalistic outlets!

(I'm biased; I started a tiny one)

"It has done really well" seems like a sell signal to me. Time to start shorting.

Exactly this, it's not about blaming democrats, per se, but they do need to be pressured to lead.

Healthcare For All is extremely popular and would excite and turnout voters like never before—if they're looking for ideas to lead on.

Stop letting right-wingers set the narrative.

I don't know about not blaming Democrat lawmakers. Certainly now is a good time to push leadership to move left on essential matters with enormous public support.

Healthcare For All is an example of a policy that would excite and energize the public. Just resisting isn't enough; give people hope.

Journalism, if adequately funded, can save us. We need more people telling their stories and getting organized, and we need outlets sharing those stories of resistance.

But to do that at the right level we need to fund local journalism and get granular. We can win hundreds of local elections.

Livid is exactly right!

It's time to organize!

Strategize. Get together with friends and colleagues-- get creative, or rely on tradition.

You can make a huge difference!

That's gorgeous!

His name is Christopher McVoy. Our town is 5 minutes from Mara Lago and we're being inundated with right-wing money trying to reshape our town.

These stories exist all over the country and are ignored. We can fight these local fights, but we need support.

The Dems even pushed back on legislation restricting artificial grass while their fellow Democrat, a soil scientist with a doctorate from Cornell, tried to get it passed. They vote in unison with their only (official) Republican colleague on the Dais, giving them a majority on every vote.

A soil scientist is running for re-election in Lake Worth Beach. He's in the minority, as even two fellow Dems on the dais lean fairly far right (especially for Democrats).

Big money interests and right-wing talking points permeate our city meetings and local social media.

We need to fight back, and we need big left leaning strongholds to have our backs as the right-wing takes advantage of the tools of this new "post-truth" society! Help fund our outlets that are fighting back, help boost our content, and pick up our stories.

I met Christopher Plummer once, what a phenomenal person to behold.

Also, antifa all day every day!

This is so wicked!

I'm blown away. Thanks for sharing your awesome work!

This is only the beginning, outrage isn't going to be enough.

We should be enthusiastically thanking teachers for their service the way that many expect us to thank anyone associated with the armed forces for theirs.

Educators are the backbone of our society.

You are so cool! Thank you for keeping us informed and for your service to science!

How many democrats help them is the real question.
