I have plans to avoid doing this harm in the future, & one of those actions is to try to get off bluesky as much as possible. Hopefully this will lead to me downgrading my phone, etc.

I am on bluesky, yelling at people about covid. A lot of them have been people in our own covid cautious communities. I am replaying my trauma & hurting people. I do not want to be this person & yet I am this person.

I have been told, time & again, that this type of social media is not good for my mental health. I'm also noticing that it really isn't accessible for me to be on here all the time (I cannot keep up with who is who)

Plus people were rightfully clarifying to me "since covid", which you could complete to "since covid started", etc.
