I think you're really ignoring people who truly can't, don't have the time, and/or can't afford traditional art, which I'm sure includes more than just a few people.
That being said, I see your point about the importance of the artistic process, and that's something I need to think more about.

...in expressiveness. What AI art does is make art more accessible. Just like the printing press made books more accessible. Just like the internet makes knowledge in general more accessible.
