Same here! I tried to see them live a few months ago (Philly) but I had to get stuff in my house fixed, so I had to miss 'em. I was truly heartbroken. Thankfully I've seen Tobacco live a few times. I definitely won't miss them next time.

Lol That breaks my heart to hear because I loved the first one, but I understand. The dialogue was meant to be a bit cheesy, kinda like old 80s OVAs and if I remember correctly, the mech movements was a homage to the mechs in Patlabor. Paying homage to animes can be very tricky.
