I know this sucks, but ABC is an old school broadcast station still governed by the FCC. Because of that, Trump literally has the ability to just shut them the fuck down if he wants, which is what he was threatening to do. So what was the play here exactly? Shrugs. It's so shitty.

You got me. I live in Seattle and went to my first Storm game in 2010 (when they went undefeated at home, playoffs and regular season). Been to multiple Finals games and have followed it since then. Trust me: nobody gave a shit before Caitlin. She is that popular. It is that weird.

As someone who follows the WNBA I can say: most people don't care about WNBA anything unless it involves Caitlin Clark for the most part. True story. Ratings tanked when she got injured recently. She is in fact just that popular. Never seen anything like it in sports.

I am 47 and basically remember the entire history of video games back to freaking Pong (which is crazy). 45-50 was sort of the standard from like 1990 through the early 2010's when it absolutely went up.

Games did not cost 70-80 bucks in 1991. The standard was 50 bucks for quite a long time and it seems like it only changed in the early 2010's. Game prices have gone up like everything else except drugs. I pay less for weed than I did in college 20 years ago and I was a dealer. It's crazy.

Uhhh, new games used to cost $50 bucks and now they're $70-80. My nephew spends over a grand in microtransactions on Madden a year. Love ya' but this post makes exactly zero sense.

Talking about building a colony on Mars is crazy. Like, living on Mars would suck soooooo bad. Obviously. Talking about it like it's a solution to climate change is so stupid it's hard to even fathom, because of you know, the inhospitable climate. To this day no one calls him out on this.

People just wanted to believe in a STEM super hero so bad. They wanted a tech savior/super genius so desperately they seemingly weren't paying any attention to what the dude was actually saying. Like, Mars has a climate that's inhospitable to humans. You know that, right? Right?

I listened to him talk about fleeing to Mars as some sort of solution to climate change all the way back in 2016 and immediately called bullshit. The guy has been very very stupid the entire time. I have no clue how so many people got duped.
