The question isn’t what he’s hiding, it’s what things would cause him to hide the things he’s hiding, given that he’s not hiding the things he’s not hiding because of the cause that was of him hiding anything. Nobody else is saying this.

It’s really more applicable to the end of Star Trek: Voyager than anything. Okay, fine. I won’t use my access to time travel to dictate which lives were worthless and which were merely unsatisfactory. I’m stepping out of the transwarp conduit. Day saved.

While we’re taking notes, are there any other relationships that aren’t for us to question, no matter how plainly unviable? Who else is entitled to the perpetual admiration of the shamefully ungrateful? Parents can’t be the only ones unjustly caught up in the wave of uppityness and stolen autonomy.

Ignoring that according to the Nyquist-Shannon sampling theorem, a Costco gives you all the fidelity you could ask for

What if I’m craving $20 crudités? He wouldn’t say no to a scrumptiously crunchable crudité, would he?

Yes. Not being able to afford something doesn’t change whether it would be good or not. Solar will not become “not worth it” for the people who can still afford it, the number of people who can afford it will just be smaller.

I’ve definitely cherished every “perfectly normal” medical result I’ve gotten. It’s just like how getting an “unable to reproduce customer complaint” always comes with a sense of relief that your car was never making noises at all. Always nice to get a convincing rebuttal to your symptoms.

There is not one thing in the universe that does not get more expensive when it stops being subsidized. Nobody but you said anything about it not being worth it.

I’m curious about the scare quotes around “island.” Does he have some inside information about the existence of a subtle land bridge that makes it a secret peninsula?

Well no argument against moral clarity can avoid being a little bit morally muddled; what’s he supposed to do, make a clear point and lose by default?

Just say you raped kids too.

Actually, a literal wall being less of an obstacle for him in 2006 than a moderately tall staircase was in 1981 is just compelling character development. It’s the same basic arc as The Karate Kid or Dark Souls

It’s going to be unsettling when employees suddenly switch affects at each cutoff. A Gaussian function would make for much better and more rigorously defined customer service.

This is huge for me as an ornithocheirus who will die an incel if I don’t get to Europe right this second.

Woah, he compared you to his lame sister? He must really be the baddest boy on his Disney Channel original series

They don’t want to choose a candidate, they want a pretender to reveal themselves to them and then valiantly charge into a bayonet.
October 22, 2025 at 3:00 PM
Do liberals get primaries? Like, you have to keep people convinced until they’ve voted or you’re nothing? In 2020 people were wringing their hands at candidates “wasting time arguing about policy” when “we just need a candidate who can beat Trump.”

Guys I was there. It’s not AI, and the liquid was an innocent revivifying mixture of cold brew and vegemite, not “shit” as some are claiming. Stop grasping at straws.
