Massive weather front over the lake so I never did see the sun actually rise (image below, somewhere in the white region on the right). If I was truly committed to my art, I would have hung around to observe the sun burning off the fog, but it was too fukken cold. Happy Solstice!

From the same early February 2017 shoot - model Christiana. The model remains fabulous - I would like to believe that the photographer has enjoyed some modest improvement in skill over these last 8 years 🙂

This image is nearly 8 years old, although it is a recent edit. I met model Christiana for the first time in early 2017 at a workshop hosted by the late Stephen Dawson.
