I know exactly where you are (ok - now that I read it - that sounds kinda creepy).

They are beautiful to look at, but their 'song' is pretty weak compared to the species they are mean to and push out of he better breeding territories - red-winged blackbirds.

I believe the CISAB core lab should have a plate reader. And I am almost certain Greg Demas would still have a reader as well.
