Question, will a shelf holding up movies and funko pops also support a 8 pound cat who i love dearly but consider a little terrorist? Guess if i had this stupid thing in drywall or studs.

My office right now. If you never seen one of these, this is a cool floating thermometer that uses the density of the various bulbs inside to indicate it's 66 degrees in here. It's from a mail order catalog, so I'm sure it's not 100% but close enough to confirm that I am cold.
