Preparation beats luck anytime.

I get to travel a good deal, sometimes for work, sometimes for leisure, and I enjoy taking photos along the way.

I love using old Leica R lenses handed down from my dad with modern camera bodies (SL2-S, EOS 50D).
I managed to dislocate my shoulder trying to put my high visibility coverall back on after having done my business on the toilet. Not a great experience in that little cubicle.

The shoulder had been damaged in a less embarrassing accident a few years earlier, so at least I knew what had happened.

That would be 20/20 on the modified scale. AOL wasn't really much of a thing where I came from.

Some things to add:

BMX bike
Dot matrix printer
Carbon copies
Terrestrial antenna for TV
Leaded fuel
Dictation tape recorder
Netscape Navigator
Microfiche reader
Portable blackboard
Slide rule

Back in the days of VHS I rewatched a lot of sword and sorcery style movies...

Instigated by my family but always a pleasure to watch, no matter if in Japanese or dubbed in Mandarin or English, with subtitles for the former two.

Not only did I have one of these packs made by Busch in the 1980s (shared with my siblings), but I think I saw it stored somewhere not too long ago...
