ITLOS was one of the fora we hinted towards in the 2020 GLJ article. As for the ECtHR I assume you refer to paras 111-112? I was quite surprised by the candor and admission of impunity in the "final considerations..." The indirect reference to"other standards of IL" also seems to signal a new line
