Does that mean Gute has authority over LaFleur then or will if he comes back?

Do you make anything of Tom stating “the duo” of policy and Gute both negotiating with LaFleur?
January 16, 2026 at 4:12 PM
Is Gute in a position of authority over LaFleur now? Why would both Gute and Policy be negotiating with him otherwise?

Can’t really sell me they’re all about championships if this happens. I think there are plenty of reasons to move on but money isn’t one of them. If you think he’s the guy pay him.

Could the report of the Packers just going with Hafley for 35 million could be the Packers trying to get some leverage back from LaFleur?

You’re a machine! I appreciate your work, sir.
January 15, 2026 at 12:36 AM
Is this based on opinion or what you’re hearing?

I don’t understand why they didn’t put him on IR right and shut him down with that serious of an injury. Seems crazy he tried to fight through it

Do you think that LaFleur coming back could be contingent on making coaching changes ie what Tampa did with Bowles and what Baltimore tried to do with Harbaugh?
January 12, 2026 at 12:49 AM
That makes sense. It’s also “only” probably like 4-5 million more than he’s making now to get to that point… so not sure whyd the be cheap if they want to keep him
January 7, 2026 at 11:22 PM
You think they pay up?
January 7, 2026 at 10:36 PM
Hey Andy, did you see a noticeable difference at all in Rhyans grades at guard versus center?

What would have made season 5 of stranger things better in your mind? I was disappointed by it too.
January 7, 2026 at 5:04 AM
How would you rank the seasons of stranger things? I think I’d say best to worst: 4, 2, 1, 3, 5.

Who are those financial decisions up to? Policy? The board? Seems interesting that they open up the pocketbook occasionally so just curious how they decide when to do it.

You might want to put on some Elgton Jenkins tape from this year
December 28, 2025 at 2:08 AM
Lafleurs biggest weakness imo as a head coach is not on the field but being too committed to certain coaches that ends up screwing them over eventually… but for all I/we know the organization makes him keep them because they don’t want to pay extra coaches

The airing of grievances as amazing, but Perri stole the show with her jogging impression of Rashan Gary

You know you spoil us when the episode is 30 minutes long and I’m like “it’s a shorter one today.” Lol. Love all your content, Andy. Thanks for everything you do!

It took us a couple games to get there but I’m so happy it did
