Can’t really sell me they’re all about championships if this happens. I think there are plenty of reasons to move on but money isn’t one of them. If you think he’s the guy pay him.

Do you think that LaFleur coming back could be contingent on making coaching changes ie what Tampa did with Bowles and what Baltimore tried to do with Harbaugh?

That makes sense. It’s also “only” probably like 4-5 million more than he’s making now to get to that point… so not sure whyd the be cheap if they want to keep him

Lafleurs biggest weakness imo as a head coach is not on the field but being too committed to certain coaches that ends up screwing them over eventually… but for all I/we know the organization makes him keep them because they don’t want to pay extra coaches
