This is well said. The only thing I’d add is that one should speak with respect. It’s ok to disagree. In fact, it’s encouraged. But disagree with the position or argument being taken, don’t demonize the speaker simply because you disagree with the viewpoint.

I hope the states Bar are also watching these cases and appropriately sanctions those lawyers putting forward false or misleading evidence. They can’t hide behind their position in the DOJ.
