Is land used in the best way in the UK, or is it just the result of our history?

The Green Party support the targets for 2030 in the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework. Target 3 calls to conserve 30% of Land by 2030. The UK is under 10% for land - perhaps only 3% if just count land in favourable condition. We call for a large step up in action to meet the target.
