The mood.....mussels. Cleaning those is a pain, but it's worth it.

Breakfast that will keep you satisfied for a long time. Scrambled eggs, topped with taco meat ( I had leftover for yesterday), half of diced avocado, cilantro and fresh lemon juice.

I'm a big fan of pork tenderloin. This is pork tenderloin with tomatillo sauce, served over rice.

Tuna tartar, with avocado and apple muss, tropical salsa and sushi rice. My own idea:) I love to try new things.
