With a combined 7+ hours of driving and now a lot of determination to give this girl the love she needs, we welcomed Piper into our lives yesterday. We have some serious tail wagging today, and I couldn't be happier!

I am so happy to currently be one of the caretakers of this bean. Mauve was created by @shortbatt.bsky.social and brought to life by @battitudestudio.com. Short lost their battle with cancer last year, but we refuse to let the memory pass too. Mauve will be running around AC in july!

I completed the two leather bracelet cuff thingies I was working on. The splatter paint is fun, but you can't tell the bottom one is trans colors the way I did it. A fun learning experience, though! Still gotta figure out what to line them with in the future

I don't know how these will dry and if they'll play nice with the top coats, but I'm loving the way the paint came out on these bracelets

Finished up v2 of my collar as much as I'm going to. Better than v1, but already know what I'm doing for v3. Just need to order more leather and tools!

Out of all the fun Anthrohio was, one of the best moments was insanely fast drawovers @stoatears.bsky.social did of us at bad angles while we were at a room party. @ech0bun.bsky.social and @lilpws.bsky.social look like @mallie.bsky.social and I's annoyed teenage kids 💚
