For fuck’s sake whenever Dems CAN get some headway, I hope a bill gets passed to limit or revoke Viagra, and husbands need wives permission for vasectomies.

I’m dying to get an answer on this… if it’s a state case and state appeals denied, wouldn’t it go to NYSC? Instead of USSC?
