Instead of compulsory military service, let's do compulsory customer service/food service. Let's also pay those people enough to live. The people who talk down to them the most are the same people that feel the most entitled to the work they do..

If Connecticut let me be the governor, we'd have publicly owned utilities/electricity. Nobody likes Eversource and I'm confident that their CEO, with his $20m/year pay, will survive his job search.
