Books challenge - Yes, there have been books that affected my life, but 20? ... After thinking, I got 20 that I read before 1982. Nothing since then (that I can think of this early in the morning) has impressed me so much as these. Starting with my age 3 favorite, the trippiest children's book ever.

I haven't yet posted about the recent and ongoing political calamity. To me it's like staring into a deep, dark pit. The only shred of hope I have is that you can never have a bunch of people all supposedly of the same party without infighting developing and pretty quick, reducing their efficiency.
