The number of people who continue to advocate for the shutdown when the GOP showed absolutely zero signs of surrendering is just mind numbing. the GOP doesn't care about Federal workers. They don't care about people on SNAP. They wouldn't sacrifice for them. making folks go hungry is pointless.

I'm not going to hate on folks who decided that feeding the hungry is a good thing. Trump and the Republicans don't care folks are going hungry and that wasn't going to change. This was about the best deal Dems are going to get.
