Of specific note, SB 11 specifies an amendment to Section 25.901 Edu. Code, that while a student may not be required or coerced to engage in such activities, to 'encourage' is an action that would still be allowed.

4) ...LGBT issues. While I would like to be able to focus on more than, as issues such as immigration rights, reproductive care, DEI ans book bans, this will have a focus on queer concerns. I am just one person, unfortunately. Still, non-LGBt issues can/will be noted here.

As of right now, my rating system is
green- good,
white- ukn/TBD,
yellow- bad, and
red- bad for LGBT specifically.

This does not mean that the red ones are necessarily more bad than any of the yellow ones, but rather that I am choosing to focus on...
