The reality: this was right before the practice where I hurt myself. 🫠

The smutt: My shoulder hurt so bad that coach had to help me take my gear off...

Oh no. I hope it turns around soon and starts to get better.

I was playing hockey. Probably skating too fast and playing too rough because I went down hardddd. 🏒

And, because I'm a dumb boy, I just kept playing. We didn't have enough players, so I stayed in and tried to protect my right side the last 5-10 minutes.
