Small update. I am ok, Just hate it when my mind makes me overthink. It sometimes happens and when it does it can last for weeks. Appreciate peeps reaching out and stuff, I sometimes hate being emotionally fragile

The past few weeks my anxiety levels have been at an all time high. Struggling to sleep, Struggling to stay motivated at work. Never ending thoughts of me feeling like I'm not a good friend to people. Been keeping off social media and general events but I am struggling at this moment in time.
