Played “It’s a Wonderful World” at TotalCon - a great little engine-building game that reminded me a lot of Splendor.

My work from pick-n-paint at TotalCon - a good reminder that even a quick paint job with a limited palette of cheap craft paints can produce something that would look fine at the table, and a million times better than unpainted.

Reading YKK, a relaxing manga about a robot running a coffee shop in a post-apocalyptic world.
It’s a quiet post-apocalypse, think more “tiny rural town” than “Mad Max” - just neighbors checking in on each other and greeting the occasional stranger who comes through.

Closing out the year on a high note with the Dragon’s Milk D&D beer - overpriced to be sure, but it was also my 50th, so I figured I’d treat myself!
At 20% it’s the booziest beer I’ve had, but pretty tasty despite that.
Hope everyone has a great 2025!
