The Global Sumud Flotilla is being abducted by the Israeli Navy as I record this. Livestreams of the international event are flooding TikTok. Another general strike has been called on in Italy in retaliation of the fate of the flotilla on October 3rd by Genoa dockworkers!

October is STRIKETOBER

It was October of 2021. During the summer, worker-led strikes were popping off all across the country, this being the biggest strikewave in decades. NBC News caught wind of an article chronicling my travels during this period, reached out, and I made it onto NBC’s Today Show

On this day 3 years ago, I flew up to join Philadelphia Museum of @afscme.bsky.social Philadelphia Art workers on strike, eventually winning a contract they deserved some days later.
