Dwv diary, day 20: short session tonihjt becsuse I want to play pokemon :p

I found a stupid bug in my proximity detection code for pickinh up items, and fixed it straight away !

The intro screen is also implemented and animated.

I'll implement it tomorrow and we'll be done with the exteriors ! Booyah ! I've also been doodling quite a bit at work and trying to see if it can be added to the game in some way or another? We'll see.

Okay it'll be a short dev diary tonight, I'm tired and depressed and starting to have a headache.

I managed to draw a bit, not much but it'll be useful.

I also drew quite a few sprites, like fairies and skeletons and Zelda herself!

Link can also now go and pickup his sword and do a little animation, and some bushes have hidden stairs underneath. Sime of those caves will be the same as in the original game and others... won't.

Dev diary, day 12.

It's been a very very long day, but it feels like I got a lot done !

The lake/swamp area is drawn and integrated and I hate all the little nibly edges but that's part of the fun.

Tomorrow I'll do the lake area, it's not that big. Well, it is. But it's mostly empty, so it'll be fine.

Anyway, back to the dev diary. So, when I finally go to drawing, I decided to do the parth to the cemetary as well as said cemetary. It's four smallish areas and I thought that'd take the afternoon.

I ended up drawing 9 areas.

I've also drawn the soldier and no he cannot be cut down yet, but he can walk around and push Link. I'm quite happy with that.

I've drawn the animations for Link using his sword and I'm not 100% happy with them. Something about the proportions is off, and Link isn't cute. I'll see what I can do to fix that. The sword is also coded in game, and bushes can be cut down. That's good.
