with said company trying engage return fraud, which is a federal felony offense when done by mail.
Legal dept writes back that Very Big Company did not order the product, nor are a party to the claim. (as I expected them to do).

So..... I email her employer's legal dept. Since it was ordered to the employers address without a "c/o" (care of) endorsement, I treat the order as being for the company, and show them the paper trail of emails and her changing story, and that I am not pleased

Person orders a tens cable and has it shipped to work address at Very Big Company. Ordered wrong cable, so I say you can return it at your expense there is a 20% restocking fee
She is not happy, she complains to Amazon that I shipped the wrong cable (I didn't) trying to force a refund w/o return

In some jurisdictions RV lack the privacy rights that a real home has since they are consider vehicles as long as they have wheels and tires.
