I would think the only difference if your foreskin doesn’t cover would be peeing and it visually showing you have a PA. Possibly going bigger too. I assume when I try to resize the bigger rings / jewelry will make peeing more difficult/ foreskin not cover as well.

So my foreskin completely covers it and my head when I’m not hard. But I’ve seen guys with foreskin that doesn’t cover have a PA. They usually go for the curve piercing instead of the ring after it heals tho. My piercer told me the ring I have is standard for the healing process.

Worst part are morning boners! Def sleep naked and try to sleep on your side or back

My PA has been an easy experience for me! Bleeding was done after 2 and a half days. Just get pads imo. Healing is going ok. Seamus yells at me when he finds out I jack off but after 2 weeks it doesn’t hurt to jack off. Def not topping for a while though.
