Fun bit of pond dipping today - tadpoles aplenty and even this wolf spider carrying her egg sack - when the eggs hatch the hatchlings are carried on her back - one of the few examples of arachnid maternal care 🕷️

In the good old days of twitter I was able to keep my feed professional and testing related.
