Literally walked around town yesterday did about 6000 steps which isn’t a lot but I spent the rest of the evening in so much pain and my pain meds did nothing 🫠

It’s honestly crazy how much chronic pain I get that every dose of various medication the hospital give me, doesn’t even touch the pain 🙃
