Finished a little shopping spree at Savory Spices. I have such an addiction to buying spices. 3 cabinets full and it’s still not enough. Cooking is fun. 😆 Exploring new recipes is even more fun 🤩

Update to my last post. My meals are never pretty like these recipe websites but the taste is always on point! I made this in my rectec bullseye smoker. Light smoke taste high temperature sear.

I made this last weekend. I did mess up on what pellets I used so it didn’t have a strong smoke taste. I used competition blend and wish I used cherry oak! It was still good. I have 2 different smokers for different types of smokes 😂
