Hopefully this gastric bypass will help tremendously. I’ve struggled with my weight since I was a small child. Tried literally every diet there is. So this is the next step! I really appreciate the advice and the kind words!! It really means a lot. 💕

Thanks so much!! I plan on joining the Y after my surgery! Money is tight right now (I know that’s a common thing right now for most) but once I get back to work that will help. I’ve started REALLY watching what I’m eating. I was in DKA a couple weeks ago. Very very sick. HUGE wake up call.

I pray this happens. We rely on snap to eat. I’m between jobs and my husband works nearly full time, but it’s not enough.

I’ve had Covid twice regardless of being vaxxed. One time was really rough, but other than that, it’s not been awful. I do think the vaccines kept me out of the hospital though. Especially due to underlying conditions. I will ALWAYS vaccinate.

Yes! I was so happy to find out they have egg free flu shots. I’ve developed an egg allergy and haven’t been able to get it for the past couple years.

I was triple vaxxed, flu, covid, and tetanus booster due to it being over 10 years since my last. The flu and tetanus hasn’t bothered me, but the covid shot is pretty sore this morning. But much better than getting sick!!!

We lost my granny to Alzheimer’s and now my papaw is in a memory care center with dementia. I know how hard it is!! You’ll always remember these moments! It’s definitely trying, but so worth it in the end. Prayers for you and your gramps!! I hope you all have a lovely evening together 💕
