Oh, I wrote a reply but I think it got lost. But I don’t think Zen 4 provides enough uplift to be worth the upgrade IMO. This chart from Tom’s reflects as much (your 5900xt is equivalent to a 5950x)

Not sure if the 7600x is a worthwhile enough upgrade to your 5900xt (eq. to a 5950x). You pay a bit to sacrifice a lot of cores for slightly better gaming performance.

I had this thing on the back of my shoulder which, being where it was, I couldn't quite see. I could feel it though. A moley, warty thing. I'll spare you a fuller description. And so I embarked upon my tried-and-tested routine for dealing with vaguely troubling symptoms: 1. Pretend it's not there. 2. Acknowledge it is. 3. Convince myself it's growing. 4. Get a loved one to take a photo of it. 5. Examine photo, gagging slightly. 6. Send to doctor friend, who says go to GP. 7. Forget about it. 8. Remember it. 9. Try and fail to get GP appointment. 10. Forget about it again. 11. Remember it again. 12. Try harder to get GP appointment and therefore succeed.

Something I fear is the consequence of him being based in one of the few places in the country that appropriately addressed it with sufficient supply and experienced a much lower housing cost increase as a result 😔

Esp. since last quarter’s GDP growth was entirely because of imports spiking (I wonder why (/s)). Meanwhile, corps have also been largely eating tariff costs as of now, something many are signalling that they want to stop doing.
