The system is broken from the top down. If the way to fix it is to make them have to accept less then so be it. Why should OUR HEALTH be secondary to some executive's or investor's pocket?

They will say that nothing prevents Trump from negotiating or Congress from revisiting the law but the nobody is hurt by the ban remaining in effect.

No. Biden's admin expressly asked SCOTUS not to extend it. They could have decided to do that, and did not. Instead, they upheld the law and did nothing to extend it. He can certainly 'try' asking, but a unanimous decision makes it harder.

These aren't your hardened, dangerous criminals who could use this as a means to escape.

I've stated this before, and I know many don't agree. Inmates are treated FAR FAR better than slaves were. Many of these inmates sometimes earn extra compensation for performing tasks like this or it contributes towards early release.

Lol, coming around here thinking non-Christians cannot speak to how a person that wasn't written about until a couple hundred years later acted is the ultimate in blindness. The man cured the diseased. He fed the poor. He ever say "You know, we should all make the poor suffer and the rich thrive"?

It isn't going to be about the data. It's going to be about who is responsible for accidents/deaths/etc. I bet companies who produce these will try and say it isn't their responsibility.

Yes, but he lost Colorado anyway. SCOTUS would've found that it was up to the States to disqualify him. He would've still been on all the battleground state ballots (most having Republican legislatures) and still won.
