Cant just ignore it when I know people are being scammed, they are taking commissions and even increased their rates from $300 to $700 since their tweets started getting more views

Not only that but the 3rd ingredient is sunflower oil and I've not had seed oils for over a year now 🫥 They're really bad for you...

So one of the side effects for the protein powder my doc sent me (its like Ensure) is headaches??😭 Im taking it for the vitamin/nutritional deficiency but I noticed I didnt drink it during TC and I didnt get any headaches then (maybe once during sunday but i didnt eat well that day I think)

I had the localized shooting pain at the start and it gave me an anxiety attack the first time cus I thought it was gonna be an aneurysm or smth 😭 But I heard thats a symptom of vitamin deficiencies if you wanna look into that!

👵 Getting old sucks… I think it could be my new glasses too (prescription didnt change tho) but the headaches started a few days before I got them iirc

Maybe its one of those things that happen suddenly one day when you’re old and you wake up one day like allergies LOL Im trying to see if something is triggering it (caffeine, hunger, etc) but theres so many things that could trigger a headache 😭😭😭 It might all just be anxiety though

the first day it felt like a localized pain in a small part of the back right side of my head, maybe a 3/10 pain but today it feels like its spread around my temples… not throbbing or dull its just kind of there 😔 it usually starts in the evening
