Not all 8.5 million will be using it at the same time. I don't know what the plan was but they could have done a DoS attack or all tried to download large amount of data from one cell tower which would cause problems.

Just before I read this I plugged a usb flash drive into my linux based android phone to transfer some photos from a water proof camera and it worked flawlessly. Don't what your problem is but I very much doubt it's linux.

I have the following linux devices in our house hold and the audio works just fine.

3 firesticks
4 android phones
1 android tablet
1 LCD TV
1 laptop

Just like how youtube works on my firestick.

Do we have capitalism? I would say it looks more like an oligarch or some sort of aristocratic system. True capatalism with regulation to stop manopolis and cartels and a legal system that put the rich crimals behind bars would be a step in the right direction.

I upgrade to linux when win 8 came out. It so good for your blood pressure and stress levels. Windows should come with a government health warning like cigarettes. For a low stress life I would recommend Ubuntu.
