I'm making a platformer about a transforming television child. Imagine if Megaman and Sonic had a lovechild while Mario watched sheepishly in the corner...anyway, it's still a whiles away so this is basically a progress log for now.
The lack of a bookmark feature is a real oversite. 😵

Pokemon Stadium's animations are a big inspiration.

As for the jumping, it's more like "launching" since you only need to tap the dpad + launch buttons to get that burst of momentum. It's less about direct control like most platformers and more like manipulating your momentum.

Thanks! I'm hoping the mid-air movement options are balanced by having to keep boost mode up (which can be spent to activate a double jump at any time).

It does feel like I'm going crazy seeing people treat yellow paint as an all or nothing solution. I'm getting a sense of frustration with the audience that goes deeper than the paint.

I wouldn't call putting yellow paint on everything interactable crafty.

yeah but that was a time when the internet was divided into smaller, tight knit communities that could properly regulate themselves and weren't tasked with providing the entire human population a place to post messages

Some people aren't built for making dozens of tiny disposable nothing projects. As in, if it's not this project that's taking years, it'll be nothing at all. Just a different way of being.
