You're correct, plus the divorce is in a community property state & no pre/post nups were signed. She thought she was being a "good woman" by building up this dude so she put his name on all of her shit.

It was a Texas divorce (similar to CA) so you probably know how that works. The attorney didn't have to do much. Big Mama just didn't protect herself.
