So I tried to return a jacket to Roots today that wasn’t warm at all. I wore it ONCE. It’s rated to -18 and it was 0 out when I wore it and I was so cold. They said no. I had to call customer service and get them to authorize it. I have so much Roots stuff and I’ll never shop there again.

Oh I forgot, St James Costco is closing November 12 as it becomes a business center. I like that one. It’s small and close. I’ll probably go less often now, I guess life will become cheaper :)

That snow is wet and slushy. Got my winter tires on last week and they are working like a charm. Just a little warning winter is on its way. Grey Cup weekend looking above zero though.. the important thing! 👏

Made chicken fried rice tonight w no recipe. I’m sure I did it wrong (?) but I did it. Chicken, rice, veg and eggs. Threw all those together w a touch of oil and fried them.. set a bunch aside and then put soy on mine. Sage approved. Nice cheap & easy dinner.
