PP is where many people get their birth control, particularly as teens who can’t tell their parents. From my girlfriend in the 90’s, to my mom in the 70’s. Helping people PLAN their PARENTHOOD cuts down the number of abortions. Eliminating it will increase numbers, whether in-state or out of state.
