Then make small balls and flatten they should be smaller than the size of the palm, or the size of the flower. Frying them is super quick, toast one side for a few minutes then place a flower on top and then flip it over. Add a drop of honey on top.

You should they are so simple to make! We made it with glutinous rice flour, a bit of salt and fine sugar to taste. Slowly add a bit of water and mix till you have a dough. Mix and add until it’s a dough, firm and a bit fluffy. Not crumbly.
