You seem to believe that Democrats are the only ones with any agency so anything bad that happens must be their fault. They are not the ones that broke the separation of powers, Republicans did. They are not the ones that elected a fascist, Republicans did.

If our government worked the way it was intended then we wouldn’t be here in the first place; Trump would have been convicted in the Senate when the Democrats impeached him eight years ago. But it doesn’t. Republicans broke the separation of powers with lockstep Party rule. Be angry with them.

Mike Johnson is not going to allow any form of debate to take place. If you want something to begin in the House then you’ll need to flip it. If you want to convict in the Senate then you’ll need to find the votes.
