Democrats should be talking about all sorts of structural reform during this moment. Call it something like Restore Our Democracy. Talk about abolishing the Electoral College; talk about a Constitutional Convention; talk about reforming Senate/SCOTUS. Needs to be a grand effort with a real vision.
