Unfortunately, SCOTUS gives him all of those things…Also, there is absolutely no enforcement power even if he didn’t have SCOTUS cover. He can essentially do what he wants

That is certainly an argument. I’m just worried about all the people being harmed today. Farmers for instance are not getting the frozen USDA funds they were expecting, and in many cases already spent, and are being forced to take out big loans or sell off needed equipment just to stay solvent

Well, he can’t…at least not by the courts…there has to be a better way. If we claim a victory every time a court “stops” him, do we really have a victory if he simply ignores it.

I think Trump is on track to make Congress an advisory board and not its own entity. Trump can do what he wants and the Supreme Court will rubber stamp it. Trump can eliminate presidential elections, which he has hinted at. We may never see another Dem in the WH.
