the only bamboo allowed on my property is american river cane and that thing costs nearly 100 bucks for a tiny clump from a nursery aaaaaaa

have you tried Empires of the Undergrowth? i'm having a blast with it so far. Doesn't quite scratch the simant itch, but it's close enough for me
