Sorry y'all, but Ice-T is just one of those dudes who can do no wrong (except for the Suicidal Tendencies cover). Not only did he help save the day in Breakin' 2 Electric Boogaloo, he's the man behind "Rhyme Pays." Ice-T brought hip hop to the mainstream. We should cut him some slack on his tags.

Bay Area band Consolidated's debut album came out in 1990, two years before Rage Against the Machine. They were likely far less successful because of how direct they were. Right-wing-ding-dongs like Paul Ryan couldn't misinterpret their message.
