It’s not a small town, but Vampire The Masquerade: Coteries of New York is a very fun sort of choose your own adventure with the morality you want. Not exactly what you’re looking for but it’s a fun little 5 hour per run romp (multiple clans and pathways for replay ability)

Recently I learned through cross-breeding they have improved the flavor and made them less bitter. So if you hated them as a kid, give them another shot :)
