It's probably a pipe dream, but I hope that the language Trump uses (especially when talking to or about women) doesn't just become an accepted thing in political discourse in our country.

I understand that a lot of folks have been misled by fear-mongering and powerful regressive voices but it’s still astonishing to me that so many have fallen for the idea that oppressively policing other people’s gender identity and expression could in any way be part of an enlightened future.

"Flu levels in Ottawa very high according to latest update." At a doctor's office in Ottawa's Hunt Club area Wednesday morning 2 other patients were masked and 1 of the receptionists. The nurse I saw had a surgical that was falling off her nose and the doc was unmasked. www.cbc.ca/news/canada/...

Danish intelligence services have accused the US of using its economic power to “assert its will” and threatening military force against its allies.
The comments, made in its annual assessment released this week, mark the first time that the Danish Defence Intelligence Service (DDIS) has listed the US as a threat to the country.
