So funny. Redfin trying so hard to be optimistic by saying buyers are waiting for the rate to lower more. No mention of massive layoffs by corps and government. Tariff & greedy supermarket inflation. I’ll wait until trump bottoms it out b4 I buy. It gets so bad that congress throws in free electric

Gamer dilemma. My stash is full & nothing I want to let go of. Most of the armor is pure crap but it’s special event stuff 😩. In Fallout76 I’m a master at my stash but Dying Light I just can’t.
