That's dehumanizing and stereotyping all Russians. Remember the big Russian protest when Putin first attacked Ukraine? I personally know a few Russians here in Canada, and they are just like you and me. Let's change this cartoon to maybe using the word, "Oligarchs". Is that more accurate?
